📦 Returns
Because Minor’s ships food product, we do not accept returns. However, if you did not you receive your purchase or it was damaged/defective, we will replace your order with Minor’s product, subject to availability, or store credit.

Note: Items marked as final sale and custom/personalized are not eligible for replacement.

🔁 Replacement or Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Instead, eligible returns will be issued in one of the following ways:
A replacement product (subject to availability), or
A store credit issued as a digital gift card that never expires.

💬 How to Initiate a replacement
To start a replacement, please contact us here with the following details:
Your full name and order number
The order(s) you wish to replace.
A brief explanation of the reason for replacement
Photos if the item is damaged or defective, or tracking to show it did not arrive
Once approved, we’ll provide replacement instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

📌 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit—at no cost to you. We are not able to change the address or cancel an order once the package has shipped. Minor’s cannot be responsible for damage or loss due to unavailable recipient or incorrect address information, or theft.
