SHIPPING INFORMATION
IN GENERAL
“We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “Seller” or similar terms refer to e-tailer, inc., the operator of this web store and the seller of the Minor’s brand goods offered in this Web Store.
These shipping terms are incorporated by reference into and made a part of the Web Store Terms and Conditions to which each buyer (“You,” “Your,” “Buyer” or similar terms) agrees as a condition to being allowed to use this web store.
We ship Monday through Thursday using UPS or a similar private carrier. Our frozen shipments can’t be in transit over the weekend, so we are not able to deliver your package on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday or any holiday or which the carrier does not deliver. We cannot ship outside the lower 48 United States and the District of Columbia. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are not available at this time.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
We pack our frozen products in a cooler within a shipping box with enough dry ice to keep the contents frozen well into the evening of the delivery date. You should open the package promptly upon receipt, but not later than the day of its arrival, and store your purchased product in an appropriate refrigerator or freezer.
DRY ICE SAFETY
Use appropriate caution and gloves when handling dry ice. The temperature inside the cooler is approximately negative 107 degrees Fahrenheit, which is colder than your freezer by more than 100 degrees. Dry ice sublimates (evaporates) directly to inert CO2 gas. Store any package containing dry ice in a well-ventilated room or outdoors. Do not dispose of dry ice by placing it in water, in a toilet, or in a ceramic sink.
TRACKING
When the shipping label is created you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number(s) for your order.
NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED
The carrier is instructed to deliver your package(s) without signature, which will help ensure that your product will not melt due to multiple delivery attempts or later delivery. You should monitor the carrier’s tracking information to ensure you have someone available at the delivery location on the day of delivery, to receive and then refrigerate or freeze your goods.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We are not able to change the delivery address nor cancel an order once the order has been processed.
STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING
We will ship your order as soon as possible after it is received. Using Standard Ground shipping, your package will arrive Tuesday through Friday. Any order received with a delivery address requiring more transit days than shipping days r remaining in the week will be held for shipment the following week.
OVERNIGHT or AIR SERVICE SHIPPING
Overnight or air service may be available; however it may not be available to all addresses. Orders received by noon Central Time Monday – Thursday and designated for overnight or air service will generally be shipped the same day. Orders received after noon Central Time on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
POST OFFICE BOXES, A.P.O. AND F.P.O. ADDRESSES
We are not able to deliver to post office boxes, nor A.P.O nor F.P.O. addresses.
REFUND POLICY
If there are any issues with your order, including missing items, wrong items, damaged items or an undelivered package, please contact customer service not later than fourteen (14) days after the date you learned or should have learned of the issue with your order. Please provide pictures (if available) of your damaged product and (if relevant) of any damage to the box or cooler. Orders which fail in whole or in part as a result of non-delivery, inadequate packaging, or carrier error or damage will be eligible for refund or reshipment; provided, however, that e-tailer is not responsible for damage to or loss of product due to unavailable recipient or incorrect address information, business closed or recipient not available, theft, a requested change of address submitted to the carrier, a request to pick up the order at a carrier location, or any other condition or occurrence outside the control of e-tailer or its carrier.
